Conn began his banking career at The Bank of Bennington in a customer service role while pursuing his master’s degree in accounting at The College of Saint Rose. He returns with a strong combination of academic credentials and professional experience, including time at a public accounting firm and, most recently, as Controller for a manufacturing company in the Albany area.
“Coming back to where my career started is incredibly rewarding,” said Conn. “I’m excited to contribute to the bank’s continued growth and support its long-standing commitment to the community.”
