Ryan brings more than a decade ofaccounting and financial reporting experience to the role. A Bennington native,he earned his bachelor's degree from The College of Saint Rose and his master'sdegree from Southern New Hampshire University. Before joining The Bank ofBennington, Ryan worked for nearly 10 years in public accounting as an auditorand tax accountant with two local CPA firms before serving as an accountant atStratton Mountain School, where he oversaw much of the school's financialreporting.

In his role as Controller, Ryan isresponsible for supporting the bank's financial operations and reporting whilehelping ensure the continued financial strength of the institution.

Ryan was born and raised in Benningtonand now resides in the Village of North Bennington. Outside of work, he enjoysspending time with his family throughout every season, whether skiing, visitingthe beach, or cheering on his children's sporting events. He also gives back tothe community by coaching Bennington Little League and volunteering as a skiinstructor for Bromley Outing Club's Junior Instructional Ski Program.
